At 3DRealm, each product is custom-made based on your uploaded photo. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement if necessary.
Please ensure that the photo you upload is clear and of good quality. We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-quality images provided by the customer.
